BARD Engineering GmbH
BARD Engineering GmbH (BARD) has been developing offshore wind energy farms projects since the beginning of 2004. Our commercial aim is to design, realize and operate wind power farms at high sea. In Emden, Germany, a subsidiary of BARD is producing a self-developed wind turbine with an output of five megawatts. The first “BARD VM” turbine will be constructed in the second half of 2007. A company in Cuxhaven, Germany, is preparing the mass production of an offshore foundation developed by BARD.
We are planning to have a jack-up vessel for offshore wind farms by the beginning of 2009. This will enable us to design and operate offshore farms using our own resources. We are pleased to make our developed solutions and production capacity available to interested partners.
