Project by Lambion Energy Solutions GmbH
The biggest German kitchen manufacturer, nobilia-Werke J. Stickling GmbH & Co. KG, has for decades been largely doing without fossil fuels to heat the entire company. Expanding production capacities and modernising a LAMBION biomass thermal power plant after thirty years of operation required a new energy concept for nobilia-Werke.
Taking economic and ecological aspects into consideration, we worked together with nobilia to look at the feasibility of a heating solution as well as a CHP system. Two structurally identical heating plants were completed to provide the large nobilia production halls with heating. The fuel used consists exclusively of the existing waste from kitchen production.
