sbp sonne gmbh are consulting engineers and technology developers for solar power plants. We have over 25 years of experience in feasibility studies, design, planning, optimization, erection and commissioning of CSP systems.
sbp received the SolarPACES technology innovation award 2010 for the well-known EuroTrough collector – selected for all three 50 MW Andasol power plants and many other Spanish projects.
The "HelioTrough", and most recently the "UltimateTrough", are our collector developments targeting at cost reduction and improved performance especially for large power plants.
Since 1986, when we launched our first Dish- Stirling systems, we have been continiuously optimizing existing systems and developing advanced ones.
Moreover, sbp is an expert in heliostat and tower design.
