As a supplier of slewing rings and slew drives, IMO is a worldwide market leader in the field of renewable energy. IMO Antriebseinheit has been developing, producing and marketing internationally patented gear modules since 1994.
These worm and spur gear driven slew drives have the highest holding and turning torques on the market. They are used successfully for rotating PV panels (20 to 140 m²), concentrators and in other solar thermal applications over many years now.
