ersol. Right from the start.
With its Silicon, Wafers, Solar Cells and Modules divisions, ersol develops, produces and markets PV products and focuses on technically sophisticated levels of the value chain for PV systems, in particular on producing wafers and solar cells. In order – despite the shortage of silicon – to be able to suitably benefit from the growth of the solar industry market, ersol is becoming involved in raw material-saving thin film technology.
The ersol Group employs around 600 staff at its sites in Arnstadt, Erfurt and Camarillo in California. In Erfurt, highly efficient mono and multicrystalline silicon solar cells are manufactured. The ersol Group markets photovoltaic modules through its Modules division.
